The 2010 Cape to Cape MTB will offer fresh challenges with some further course adjustments taking place. The ride will still begin in Augusta at the picturesque Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse but will now finish bayside in the town of Dunsborough.

Please note that those participants registering in the Team Ride option will also need to download the second hard copy registration form by clicking here. 4 DAY SOLO RIDE

Riders who are up for the adventure of all four days now only have to worry about registering for the Ride Only Package. The previous VIP package has been scrapped, but riders will still be able to get breakfast and lunch at the fully-catered start and finish lines. In addition, all riders and the support crews will now have the option to purchase dinner tickets separately (more details to be released soon).

4 DAY TEAM RIDE
Full Ride / Team Relay
Want to ride in the Cape to Cape MTB but not up for the full distance? Then enter into the NEW Teams option where riders can ride in a team of two relay format. Each day a relay changeover point will be located at approximately the half way stage where teams can change over riders. This is a great entry option for riders who still want to experience the event but find the full 200km a bit daunting.
All the fun, half the distance – pair up for four days of MTB thrills and spills.

New Registration System – Strictly Tickets
Cape to Cape MTB are now using a new and revolutionary Strictly Tickets registration system. The new system uses paperless ticketing, which means that rather than receiving paper tickets or receipts, riders will be sent a bar-coded ticket via their mobile phone (a paper copy of the ticket can be downloaded and printed at any time if necessary). Riders must simply save the barcode to their phone until it is required at the event.
The barcode on each rider’s phone will be scanned when they arrive each day resulting in a faster sign in and more importantly less standing around! In addition to this we will be helping the environment at the same time.

Under 18, but still wish to participate?
We have had a lot of interest from young mountain bike enthusiasts wanting to compete in the Cape to Cape MTB. We are pleased to announce that riders under the age of 18 are welcome to register and participate in the Cape to Cape MTB!
If you are between 15-18 years of age as at 14 October, 2010 and wish to participate simply register as per normal. You will also need to fill out the Registration Waiver, which will need to be signed by a parent or guardian and returned at least three weeks prior to the commencement of the event. You will be required to ride in the event with an approved and registered adult.

Ride Terms and Conditions
All riders need to be over 15 years of age as of 15 October 2010. Support crew under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a legal guardian. All reasonable efforts will be made to facilitate the access and inclusion of any persons with disabilities. Please contact us directly if you have related enquiries.
