Special accommodation deals have been organised for riders and support crews ranging from basic camping sites through to elite five-star hotel options. Riders and their support crew will also have the option to arrange their own accommodation within each start and stop town.
At the end of each stage an overnight Basecamp will be created, greeting riders with meals, remedial treatments and a chance to relax and unwind from the day's events. Areas confirmed to host the overnight Basecamps throughout the event include Hamelin Bay, Margaret River and Caves House in Yallingup.

Exclusive Five-Star accommodation is available for event participants and their support crew at Caves House, Yallingup. These include one and two-bedroom self-contained apartments and if you want to do the Cape to Cape MTB in luxury this is the best option
Basecamp – DIY Camping
You can bring your own tent, sleeping bag and other equipment or you can purchase it from our Basecamp sponsor Mainpeak at discounted prices. You set it up, pull it down, deliver it to the luggage truck each morning and we’ll make sure it’s at the next Basecamp when you arrive there after each stage. This is the cheapest way to stay with the event for all five nights.

Basecamp – Mainpeak VIP Basecamp Package
Mainpeak will supply all your equipment (tent, mattress and sleeping bag) and they will even set it up for you at the Basecamp each night in an exclusive VIP designated area. You have two options – hire the camping equipment for the five nights of the event, or buy the equipment, use it for the five nights of the event, then take the gear home with you. This really is camping in style!

Central Accommodation
The town of Margaret River is centrally located within the Cape to Cape region, making it an ideal central base for the Cape to Cape MTB. There are a limited number of accommodation options available in Margaret River for you to enjoy the comfort of a single base for the whole week while the Cape to Cape MTB takes place around the region. This accommodation option is available for selection through the online event registration form.
